This coming week we celebrate the birthday of the Trees! Our adventurous Kitah Alef students tried an array of dried fruits and nuts today. They recorded which ones they liked and which ones they didn't. Then, they made their own Tu Bishevat trail mixes. I missed getting a photo of the expressions they made after trying the new foods. But, I saw busy children, trying and recording their preferences. What new fruit will you try this Tu Bishevat?
