This week Kitah Zayin, Kitah Alef, and Kitah Gan (7th grade, 1st grade, and Kindergarten) participated in a really special program bringing them all together. Last week, each 7th grader picked out a picture book from the library that they really enjoyed and taught a nice lesson. They then split into two groups with some of them going into Alef and some in Gan. They were paired up with a buddy, or buddies, and read the story that they had chosen. Afterwards they talked about the story together, parts they liked or didn't like, and what it meant for each of them. Everyone had such a great time doing this together and are looking forward to sharing their knowledge and experiences with each other again in the coming year!
