What does it look like when Teachers and Madrichim work effectively together?

There are a lot of things that can excite me when I walk around through the classes.  

I love seeing students bent over their work, thinking, creating and talking about what they are doing.  

I love hearing the students comment on the learning, ask probing questions and share ideas. 

I love when I see students progressing with their skill building and reading Hebrew prayers with more fluidity and comfortability.   

I love seeing the strong relationships between the madrichim and the students.
