Madrichim at Work

Our madrichim play a vital role in our program.   They assist teachers with preparation, with transitions; they help facilitate small groups and enable us to give more personal instruction to our students.   Below are some snapshots of various madrichim working at Beit Sefer.

In the Gan class, a madrichah reads to some students while the teacher and other madrichot (fem. plural) clean up and prepare for the next part of the class. 

In the Alef class, the madrichot help to clean up the tables and materials following an Art project.

In Kitah Bet, the madrichim sit among the students as they do art projects.

In Kitah Zayin the madrichim facilitate small group work and help the teams to focus. 

Here in Music: a madrich holds the Hebrew/English vocabulary card that accompanies the words of the song.










Wherever they are in our school, the madrichim are building relationships with our students, providing individual assistance and guidance, and helping our teachers to make the day run smoothly!
